Happy 2014 everyone! I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and a fun and relaxing break. Did you get a chance to have some fun with friends over the winter break? I certainly did! I went tubing at Granite Gorge in New Hampshire with friends that were visiting from Florida. It was a blast! It was a great break, but now I am ready to get back into school and learning! I am also ready to see all of my students. I have missed you and I can't wait to hear about all the fun you had over the past two weeks. So make sure to go to get a good night's rest and I will see you tomorrow morning.
On the Friday before break we got together with our kindergarten buddies and listened to Ms. Antes read a funny story about pirate gingerbread men and decorated gingerbread cookies. It was messy, but also a lot of fun. The third graders did a great job helping their buddies decorate their cookies.
