Wednesday, October 16th

It was another busy, productive day in 3F! In math students had an assessment. On the assessment students got a chance to show what they know about addition using number patterns, addition with a hundreds chart and how to use rounding to estimate an answer.

In writer’s workshop students continued to edit, revise, and rewrite the final copy of one of their small moment stories. I am so impressed with how much their writing has improved since the beginning of the year! I can’t wait for you to hear the stories at the writing celebration on October 31^st.

I would like to say thank you to Georgia and her mother Traci for bringing in birthday cupcakes to share with the class. Happy 9^th birthday Georgia!
