Classroom News

The following is an excerpt from a classroom newsletter that will be sent home tomorrow, Monday, May 5th.

Our class is now taking donations for care packages to send to soldiers stationed overseas. Items can be sent into school with your child through Friday, May 16th. Thank you so much for helping our class honor those who sacrifice so much for our country. If you have any questions about this project please feel free to contact me.

There are still a few spots open for parents who want to be a chaperone on the Friday, June 13th field trip to Pequot Museum and Mystic Aquarium. If you would like to be a chaperone on this field trip please let me know as soon as possible.

We are also looking for parents who would like to be a chaperone for the Mount Sugarloaf field trip on May 22nd. This is a joint field trip with our kindergarten buddies in Ms. Antes’ class. This should be a fun field trip. Please let me know if you are able to be a chaperone on this trip.

Have a great week! Remember to fill someone’s bucket!
