Friday means Spanish with Profe Clarita. The students played a fun game that reviewed words that they have learned in Spanish. During the game students could only speak in Spanish. That was quite a challenge but they did a great job!
Game Time!
After Spanish, we spent the first part of Writer's Workshop in Mrs. Wells' classroom. We were there for a special letter writing project. The students are working together to write letters to a service member thanking them for their service to our country in honor of Veteran's Day.
In the afternoon our class was treated to a read aloud by two members of the Frontier Regional High School girls volleyball team. The girls did a great job reading Food Fight! and some silly poems to the class. Thank you to our special visitors!
After our special guest readers we headed down to the cafeteria for an amazing concert by Berkshire Hills Music Academy. It was a great concert and a great way to end a Friday afternoon!
Have a great night! Remember that Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are half days due to parent teacher conferences. Also, our Writer's Celebration is Friday at 9:00 in our classroom. I hope to see you there! :)
