Our class has been working with our kindergarten buddies to create a digital I-Spy book. Each third grader worked with their kindergarten buddy to create a page in the I-spy book. After creating their page Mrs. Kidder used her I-Pad to photograph the page. Next, Mrs. Kidder recorded the students' voices reading the page they created. Once Mrs. Kidder puts the book together it will be available to read on the school website. Be on the lookout for it! They did a great job!
I love how kind, patient, and encouraging our kiddos are when they work with their kindergarten buddies. It is wonderful to see! :) As one of our third graders said, "This is great experience for when I am a teacher when I grow up." I love hearing comments like that!
I am really looking forward to our joint field trip to the Lupa Zoo.
